Solstice Flax Ancestor Doll

$480.00
sold out

The Solstice plant spirit dolls were created between the Equinox and Winter Solstice. The Solstice Flax Ancestor spirit doll is filled with mugwort. Her dress and cape are woven with wool and Flax plant threads. Around her neck on a string of recycled sari silk is a Bell. A Bell to mark the passage of time and to honour the cycles of life. A bell to ring at the threshold between this world and the spirit world. She has antlers and they are wound in silk fibre blended with Fern hairs. She was made by hand with love and completed on the Eve of Solstice.
