She Listens to the Trees is a spirit doll completed at the Winter Solstice here in our home in lutruwita / Tasmania. She is filled with Milk Thistle seeds also known as St Mary’s Thistle or Mother Mary’s Milk. Her hair is woven from fibre made from the wood of Eucalyptus trees here in Australia and is 100% biodegradable. Around her neck she wears a brass bell on a cord made of nettle. She was made by hand with love.
