Silver Tears Fae Moon Doll
The Imbolc plant spirit dolls were created in the month leading up to August. The Silver Tears Fae Moon doll is filled with white willow bark. She wears a dress and shawl needle felted from merino wool and her eyes are lined in silver thread. Around her neck is as shell found on a Tasmania beach on a cord of Japanese silk yarn. She is a doll created to be a comfort to her keeper especially through times of grief. She is not ashamed of her tears and doesn’t hide them, she has turned them into silver. She was made by hand with love.
