The Hollyhock Plant Sister dolls were created over a 2 month period in Autumn and completed after the new moon in May in my home in lutruwita / Tasmania. They are filled with hollyhock seeds from my garden and pine resin. The Amanita Fae is a full bodied doll with moveable limbs. Her antlers are wrapped in silk thread woven with fern hairs and brass bells. She wears a talisman of a hand-blown glass charm of an amanita muscaria mushroom on a cord woven from nettle thread. She was made by hand with love.
