The Halloween Dolls were completed on the eve of Samhain. They were created here in my Tasmanian home on the threshold of Beltane to connect to their Samhain ancestors in the north. She wears the mask of her familiar the Owl and the mask and her dress and shawl are woven from Australian Corriedale wool. Her hair is made from wool from the Faroe Islands. Around her neck is a stone of serpentine on a cord of nettle. She was made by hand with love.
