The Halloween Dolls were completed on the eve of Samhain. They were created here in my Tasmanian home on the threshold of Beltane to connect to their Samhain ancestors in the north. The Faroe Islands Seed Gatherer is filled with nettle and her hair is woven from ancestral wool from the Faroe Islands. Her dress and shawl are woven from Australian Corriedale wool and she wears a touchstone made from orange agate on a woven cord of nettle. She was made by hand with love.
