The Flax Spinners are a small family of dolls woven with the ancient and magical plant fibre used for spinning : Flax. The Eyes of the Moon is a much larger doll filled with purple butterfly pea flowers. Her dress and shawl are woven with wool, flax and silk and on her dress are leaves and vines woven with flax. Eyes of the Moon has original and one of a kind handblown glass eyes - one eye to see into this world (dark) and another to see into the next (light). She has hair down to her feet in cascading woollen curls dyed naturally with walnuts. She was made by hand with love.
