In times of stress I always return to the forest. I created this pathworking meditation as part of the Sacred Familiar Spirit Doll Course before we begin to make a doll called the Mother of Magic. I hope this journey helps you to relax, open your gift of sight & connect to the ancestral tree of your spirit.
The tree in my photograph grows in a rainforest just outside of Apollo Bay in Australia, I still visit her in my dreams.
