Fox - Led
:: Circle 1 ::
Gone to Earth
Preparing a space to connect to your 6th Sense,
being at home in the temple of your body,
giving your intuition a safe home.
When a Fox outruns the hunter, they say the Fox has gone to ground or gone to earth. It means that the Fox has found a place to become one with it’s surroundings, hiding in a safe place that is unable to be seen by the human eye.
What if this is a practice that you know well but now need to adapt to find healthy ways to carry a sense of inner safety in your body to explore the world?
What if you are hiding from your own intuition?
Grounding takes time and practice and it is the most important part of spirit work.
You are safe in your body and you belong to the Earth.
GONE TO EARTH

Your daily spirit practice this week
Make a small altar and place a card that represents ‘home’ to you on it.
Each morning write down any significant dreams in your journal. Pull cards to ask the Tarot for help with decoding dream messages & symbols.
Shuffle your deck & intuitively choose a Tarot card as a guide for each day, meditate on this card & write about it.
At night look at your daily card and write down how you feel that card turned up in your day.
